That's right. I'm back, and better than ever. Here's alittle taste of a Hawkman drawing I started this weekend, haven't had much drawing time so I had to scan it before I could finish it. But never fear, it's done now, and will be scanned and reposted on Friday. ;)

Croc Slam

Well I know it's been FOREVER, but hell, I've been busy. Over at The Planet, they have the weekly Fan Art Contest and this is my entry for the most recent. This week's topic is "Villian's Win". Alot of the other entries are Bats related so I thought why the hell not, and continued my tirade of Bats and Croc drawings. I actually really enjoyed drawing this one and I'm happy with the way it came out. The other entries are decent except for 2 that I'm kinda worried about. My main competition are these two...we'll have to see how I fair. Voting ends tonight at midnight..If I win or lose, I'll edit this post with the results and you'll know too.

This is the first sketch of the main character from the book they have me working on over at Ronin Studios. The details are limited but it's pretty cool, so take my word for it..and you'll just have to wait and see =D

Oldie But Goodie

This one's a "fan favorite" all my buddies like this one even though it's about 2 years old now...I got much better in my opinion but I can't help but enjoy some of the older stuff. Notice the crappy, crappy rain.

Rainy, Moody, Artsy Me

Ok, to kick this puppy off nice and sweet, I'll follow up the Bats pic with one of me. I guess you say I was in a bad mood when I drew it. It's only about 2 or 3 weeks old and I like it. Which is rare for me : | . Since I've had another bad day today, I thought it was a good one to use.

This is a Batman I drew while sitting in Geometry about 5 or 6 months ago. It was my first real attempt at The Bat himself. I think it came out decent. This was also my first time using a sketchbook on a regular basis rather than white paper. So I wasn't comfortable using inks of any kind and I darkened my lines and shadows up real nice with the pencil to get a finished look.

And Now I'm Back

Hey, anyone who's out there, I didn't think anyone would comment or even read this. But Alan did, hey Alan I really did enjoy your work on Jim's pencils and now you and I are both members of GelatoCafe, I look forward to seeing the work you churn out buddy.
